First time visit to Stovehouse and decided on BBQ for dinner. From the minute I walked through the door, Ms. Quentella was so helpful and awesome. She informed me about all the options, and let me sample their pork skins before I ordered. I decided on the brisket sandwich with a side of baked beans AND pork skins. Everything is made in house and it was all absolutely delicious. All the staff I interacted with were so friendly and highly complimentary of their menu items. I will definitely be returning to try other menu options!!

It’s always nice to walk in a restaurant and be welcomed! Food was served fast and more importantly it was served hot! Pulled pork was moist and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. Baked potato was delicious but the star of the show was the Kettle Chip Nachos!! Can’t wait to go back and try the other items in the menu.

Bark & Barrel was absolutely delicious. The Loaded KE-CHOS were so good, the sauce was amazing. My friend and I each had the Sausage and Brisket and both were great. The sausage was smokey and leaved you wanting more. The restaurant is located a great location. Stan and Tina are amazing hosts and are dedicated and hard working and above all kind and welcoming people. My coworkers and I will be back 100%.

Best BBQ in Huntsville, AL hands down. Go see the guys and you'll instantly understand true southern hospitality. Set in the Stovehouse, the atmosphere is always fantastic. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

This was our first time checking out Bark & Barrel BBQ at Stovehouse, and we were both thrilled with our experience! The staff was super friendly, the food was absolute perfection, portions were BIG, and the location was pretty cool! Thank you again for everything! Bonus: Stovehouse offers plenty of seating availability (indoor and outdoor), fun things to do, and provides a great atmosphere to walk around and get some steps in to work off your food.

Upon my third visit, I was finally able to get some brisket. I made two attempts prior to this visit and they were always out of the brisket and they do not sell chicken. I am not a huge fan of pork, so I would always walk away with an empty stomach. This day I was happy. The brisket was very good. Somewhat tender with a small amount of melt in your mouth. They were out of collards so I ended up trying the red beans and rice and it was excellent. So good that I went back through the drive through for a larger portion. This is a must try spot, but you must go early to get the brisket.

Bark and Barrel Catering is incredible! The food was delicious, the service was smooth, and their team was kind and professional throughout the event. They were so loved, our corporate clients booked them again before the event was over. They handled everything with ease, even in the face of unexpected rain. The menu was unique and delicious. Their brisket is absolutely the best! Juicy, not too salty! And we love their potato salad. Will definitely be loyal customers. I know they have great nachos and their loaded (brisket) potatoes are amazing! Also, great cookies! The only let down was the pimento cheese: had no flavor and was too dry. But we will be definitely back for our favorites (though we preferred the Madison location with a drive-through window.)
